Stress is part of life. The problem is most of us are constantly “topping up” our system - and rarely releasing any pressure.
Imagine your nervous system is like a balloon.
Every worry, responsibility, grief, conflict, workload or life event is another breath of air going in.
If you don’t let any air out… the balloon doesn’t just stay full - it eventually overfills.

Breathe with TLC is guided using the Vanta Method — a conscious connected breathwork framework designed to help your nervous system regulate and your body release what it’s been holding onto.
What makes this experience unique is how I combine that proven method with my background in NHS care, coaching, Belief Coding® Cognitive rewiring — supporting people who often find emotional work hard to access or express.
During our pre-session check-in, we keep things simple and focused.
You don’t need to explain your life story, unpack your past, or try to figure out why you feel a certain way.
You might say things like “I feel stuck,” “I’ve been overwhelmed,” “I feel angry but don’t know why.”
That’s more than enough.
We don’t need to dig into the details — because the breath does the work.
Throughout the session, your body is supported to process and release those emotions in its own time, without needing to label or analyse them.
This often leads to powerful moments of clarity, lightness, or emotional release — not from overthinking, but from finally letting the feeling move through and out.
My role is to support your system through processing and letting go, in a way that feels safe, structured, and human.
When you’re under stress, your breathing often becomes shallow or held without you realising.
Your body reads this as “something isn’t safe,” which can keep you stuck in survival responses.
That can look like:
freeze (stuck, numb, can’t start)
flight (busy, restless, overthinking)
fight (snappy, reactive, tense)
fawn (people-pleasing, no boundaries)
Breathwork helps your body come out of that state, so your mind can feel clearer and your reactions soften.

Your 90-minute session is delivered online and includes:
1) Grounding + intention
(15–20 mins)
We’ll settle you in with gentle grounding, then set an intention. From there, I shape the session around what you’re experiencing right now - and the shift you want to feel emotionally, mentally, and in your body.
2) Guided Vanta Breathwork journey (45–55 mins)
You’ll be guided through a conscious connected breathing pattern, with supportive prompts designed to help your nervous system release what it’s ready to let go of - and return to calm.
3) Integration + close (10–15 mins)
We’ll bring you back gently, reflect briefly, and I’ll share simple aftercare steps to support you afterwards.
You’re in control the whole time.
You can slow down, pause, or stop at any point.
so you can do it from the comfort of your own home.
All you need is:
a quiet, uninterrupted space where you can fully relax
a fully charged device (ideally plugged in) and stable internet
A comfy, supported space to lie back and relax.
If you’d rather, the session can also be done seated upright on a comfortable, supportive chair.
An eye mask and headphones can deepen the experience by making it more immersive but not essential.

Breathwork vs BCCR® (Cognitive Rewiring)
Breathwork helps your body release emotional pressure and regulate your nervous system — often creating an immediate feeling of relief, calm, clarity, or emotional “space”.
BCCR® (Belief Coding® cognitive rewiring) can also feel calming in the moment - but it goes deeper. It works at the root, helping you identify and rewire the original belief patterns (often formed early in life) that keep certain triggers, behaviours, and emotional loops running on repeat.
Do I need a TLC Space session before breathwork?

No — this is a guided Conscious Connected Breathwork session designed to support emotional release and nervous system regulation. It’s structured, held 1:1, and guided throughout.
No. You remain aware and in control. You can slow down, pause, or stop at any time, and I’ll guide you gently throughout.
That’s completely normal. Breathwork can bring emotions to the surface because the body is releasing tension and pressure. We integrate gently at the end, and I’ll give you simple aftercare steps.
Many anxious clients find breathwork calming and grounding, but suitability depends on your circumstances. That’s why there’s a short form during booking, and if anything flags up, I’ll advise the safest next step.
Breathwork isn’t suitable for everyone. The short form covers key considerations (including certain medical/mental health conditions). If you’re unsure, you can message me before booking.
No — you can book breathwork directly.
TLC Space is recommended first if you’re considering a block of sessions or a mix of breathwork + BCCR® + TLC Reset, so we can map what will support you best.
Breathwork supports emotional release through the body and can bring quick relief and clarity.
BCCR® goes deeper into the root belief pattern behind repeated emotional loops and triggers, helping rewire the “program” running underneath. If breathwork shows a deeper pattern, TLC Space or BCCR® is the next step.
No. This is a supportive wellbeing session and does not diagnose, treat, or replace medical or mental health care. Please continue to follow your GP/consultant’s advice.
Yes — it’s a private 1:1 session via Zoom. You just need a quiet, comfortable space, stable internet, and a device (ideally plugged in). Headphones and an eye mask are optional but can deepen the experience.
Camera is required so I can support you properly and read body language, but you can turn off “self-view” so you don’t have to look at yourself. but you will have your eyes closed throughout and likely be further back from camera , on bed or chair, it is just purely so I can see your ok , and so I can alter my wording to suit your needs throughout.
Some people feel calm immediately; others feel lighter over the next 24–48 hours. If emotions surface, that’s normal — gentle movement, journaling, hydration, and rest usually help.
This is a personalised 1:1 session, guided safely and tailored to what you’re carrying right now — including your form, a curated playlist, and integration/aftercare. Many clients leave feeling lighter, calmer and clearer. If you’re unsure whether breathwork or another service is best, TLC Space can help you decide.
Yes. At checkout you’ll see payment options such as PayPal and Clearpay (where available), so you can choose what feels most comfortable.
You can absolutely book this as a one-off session. If you later want a block (or a mix with BCCR®/TLC Reset or general coaching), we can discuss the best plan after you’ve experienced your first session.
You can reschedule up to 48 hours before your session using the link in your email. Inside 48 hours, the reschedule link expires and the session fee is normally forfeited.
Because time is reserved and preparation is involved, sessions are non-refundable. Rescheduling is available with notice (see policy above).
