Most of my clients happen to be women, simply because of the areas I specialise in, but the work itself is suitable for anyone who feels drawn to it.
Yes, the TLC Space is online — and it’s very simple to use. You just need a device (phone, tablet or laptop) and a steady internet connection.
We meet on Zoom, and it feels just like sitting and talking together in the same room.
If you don’t like seeing yourself on camera, you can turn off your self-view so you don’t see your own screen, but I can still see you. Most people find this makes the session feel much more natural.
Having your camera on is important because body language, facial expression and unspoken emotion help me understand what’s happening for you , and this allows me to support you properly.
Think of it like a normal conversation: if you could hear me but not see me, the connection wouldn’t feel the same.
I’ll guide you through everything, and I promise it will feel calm, easy and natural within a few minutes.
Don’t worry ,this happens sometimes and it’s completely fine.
If the call drops, simply reconnect using the same link.
